EXPEDITIONARY TRAINING reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Refund Policy
Classes, Tutorials & Training: EXPEDITIONARY TRAINING has a NO REFUND policy for class cancellations. However, if class is cancelled through no fault of the students due to facility unavailability or unforeseeable circumstances, Expeditionary Training will work with the student for rescheduling to a future date. Ensure you are qualified to take the class before purchasing. You must have all required legal documentation, including but not limited to an active CCW License or a Criminal Background Check.
Right to Refuse Service
EXPEDITIONARY TRAINING reserves the right refuse training to anyone making threats, committing illegal activity (or threatening to) or to any one displaying hateful or extremist ideology.
Important Things To Know Before Checking Out:
- All students must upload either a current/active Conceal Carry Permit/License OR a Background Check for all EXPEDITIONARY TRAINING classes when you finalize your registration within the next 7 days. (see our FAQ page under training for more info).
- Please use the Students name and cell phone number in the checkout.
- You will need to finalize your registration after you pay for the class.
- All class payments are final and there are no refunds.
